Business Development Manager, North America Market :

Infidigit is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead this exciting growth journey. In this key role, the candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities with mid-market to enterprise-level companies, offering Infidigit’s specialized digital marketing services, with a strong focus on SEO, content marketing, and performance-driven strategies.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive Growth in the US Market: Proactively identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities in the US market and NA—consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strategic Outreach: Lead outbound prospecting through cold outreach, networking, social selling along with industry events to build a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand prospective clients’ business goals, challenges, and competitive landscape—ensuring tailored, insight-driven conversations..
  • Solution Crafting & Pitching: Craft customized solutions along with compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations that clearly articulate Infidigit’s SEO and performance marketing solutions aligned to client needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, industry shifts (like AI-driven search), monitor competitors, and leverage insights to shape outreach strategies.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system to ensure transparency and pipeline visibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage closely with Infidigit’s delivery, strategy, and leadership teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, execution, and retention.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, manage objections effectively, and close high-value deals confidently.
  • Be the Face of Infidigit: Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and networking functions—building lasting impressions and relationships.

Requirements and Skills :

  • 3-5+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales or business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency (SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing) or a related SaaS environment.
  • Proventrack record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving consistent revenue growth.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO best practices, content strategy, keyword research, performance marketing, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently pitch complex digital solutions & strategies clearly to C-level executives and marketing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and a consultative approach to understand and solve diverse client challenges.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to have informed sales strategies and articulate client recommendations.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and autonomous, with a strong work ethic and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, preferable.
