Chief of Staff (Delivery & Strategic Execution) :

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to drive alignment across business, execution excellence across delivery, operations, and key strategic initiatives. This role is central to ensuring seamless execution of priorities, improving organizational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the company.

This role ensures that our integrated capabilities—across organic, performance, and AI-led growth—are delivered with consistency, quality, and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities :

  • Translate CEO priorities into clear execution plans and OKRs
  • Ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery capabilities
  • Drive end-to-end delivery excellence across client engagements with  delivery leaders
  • Ensure strong alignment across SEO, Content, Performance, and AI-driven growth initiatives
  • Drive operational excellence and productivity improvement initiatives
  • Act as an executive sponsor for key clients, driving strategy reviews, QBRs and managing escalations through strong client relationships
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across delivery, capability building, and operations
  • Establish operating cadences and track key business metrics (revenue, margins, delivery efficiency, and client outcomes)
  • Drive accountability across teams for timelines and outcomes
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and ensure corrective actions
  • Prepare leadership reviews, dashboards, and decision-making frameworks
  • Represent Infidigit in select CMO roundtables, industry forums, and thought leadership initiatives

Ideal Profile :

  • 8–15 years in consulting, digital, or high-growth environments
  • MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution preferred
  • Proven experience driving execution at scale across teams/functions
  • Strong understanding of digital growth (SEO, performance, or related areas)
  • Exposure to AI-led use cases in marketing or business is a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • High ownership, structured thinking, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments
