HR Intern :

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team, primarily
focusing on recruitment activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate
    experience.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to
    attract top talent.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to identify and engage with
    potential candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems, ensuring
    accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required Competencies :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with
    discretion.
  • Prior internship or work experience in HR recruitment is a plus, but not required.
  • Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Duration :

This is a full-time internship position lasting for 3 months. Based on performance, the internship could be extended.
