Jr. Associate - Link Building:
We are looking for an individual with at least 6 months of hands-on link-building experience, with excellent verbal, written, and communication skills, for the position of Link Building Jr. Associate. A good team player with a positive attitude and the ability to meet deadlines. Proactive with a can-do mindset, able to work autonomously, and committed to delivering high-quality outreach. The Link Building Jr. Associate will work with the team to identify, contact, and build relationships with relevant websites/influencers and execute link acquisition campaigns that support SEO goals.
Responsibilities :
- Develops and executes link-building/outreach activities in line with SEO and brand objectives
- Contacts and builds relationships with online bloggers, publishers, and relevant site owners
- Maintains and updates a database of influencers, webmasters, and external contacts
- Executes collaborations with relevant influential bloggers/websites ensuring quality link placements
- Evaluates and shortlists link opportunities through competitor checks, content relevance, and authority
- Develops an understanding of the customer’s business, brand, and voice
- Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts
- Coordinates with content/SEO teams to support outreach-led content
- Ensures all outreach and link placements follow quality and search guidelines
- Assists in the planning and strategizing of outreach activities and campaigns
- Stays current on digital marketing and search industry best practices, including Google updates
- Analyses link-building opportunities via relevant Q&A and community platforms
- Builds & maintains profiles on Q&A forums, communities and niche platforms
- Tracks and reports on outreach performance (responses, links secured, site quality)
Qualifications / Experience :
- Minimum 6 months of experience in link building, blogger outreach or off-page SEO
- Excellent verbal, written and digital communication skills
- Strong ability to juggle tasks, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Good organisation and documentation skills
- Familiarity with on-page and off-page search engine optimisation techniques and best practices
- Working knowledge of SEO/link tools (e.g. Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar) is an advantage
- Attention to detail and ability to assess link quality (relevance, authority, placement)
Salary :
