Associate Product Manager :

Responsibilities :

  • Creating product walkthroughs: Develop documentation, tutorials, and guides to assist users in understanding and effectively utilizing the product.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the Product Manager to define product roadmaps, features, and specifications. Assist in creating and maintaining the product development schedule.
  • Creating PRDs (Product Requirements Documents): Develop and maintain detailed PRDs to outline product features, functionality, and specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.
  • User Experience: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-centric approach in product design and development.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure a seamless product development process.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure rigorous product testing and work together to ensure that the product meets high-quality standards.
  • Client Interviews: Conduct interviews with clients to gather feedback and insights on modules.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data and user feedback to make data-driven decisions, track product performance, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure alignment on product goals and progress.
  • AI-Powered Enhancements: Continuously explore and propose innovative ideas for leveraging AI to improve Digital Marketing & SEO workflows.
  • Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Analyze similar tools in the market to gather insights that can assist in finalizing product features and determining the way forward.

Required Competencies :

  • 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Management / Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and committed to work.
  • Exceptional documentation skills with a strong focus on quality.
  • Relevant experience or in-depth knowledge of the digital marketing vertical (Good to have)
  • Knowledge of tech stacks, APIs, and integrations (Good to have)

Qualifications / Experience :

  • 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Management / Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, marketing, or a related field.
