Business Development Head :

  • We are looking for a detailed oriented and driven Head of Business Development (ideally with digital agency, IT Services Company, SAAS background).
  • The candidate must be passionate about digital marketing, and social media. The incumbent should be a Business Development Champion who can improve processes, identify profitable collaborations and get new clients onboard for the business.
  • Being a part of our growth story, the champion growth hacker should be able to assess business risks, analyze data and recommend business proposals for the growth of the company.
  • The person will report to Senior VP – Revenue.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, including forecasting, budgeting, analysing profitability and managing conversion
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings and create a convincing value proposition for potential clients based on their business needs
  • Build sales strategy for domestic and international markets including but not limited to outbound and cold reach outs, inbound lead generation and referrals.
  • Manage and motivate a team of business development professionals to grow revenues and sell across the entire service offerings.
  • Liaison with marketing team for creating communication for sales/BD requirements.
  • Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs) in consultation with legal and finance team for new accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to meeting and closing.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Must have worked in a digital marketing agency (Preferred)
  • Has direct sales experience in internet marketing, IT or web development
  • Has managed a sales team of 2 or more people and used them for lead generation, fixing meetings, making a presentation
  • Working knowledge of website development, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and Social media marketing.
  • Excellent presentation, closing, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Detail-oriented and persuasive.

Qualification / Experience :

Post Graduate Degree in Marketing or Business

  • Minimum 8 years experience in sales/BD
  • Sales experience in digital marketing/ SAAS company will be preferred.
