Head of Performance & Conversion (CRO + Paid Media) :

Own and scale Infidigit’s Performance & Conversion engine, with direct responsibility for revenue growth, conversion uplift, and profitability across CRO and Paid Media. This role builds repeatable, scalable revenue by turning traffic into outcomes and performance services into a strong second revenue pillar alongside SEO. Primary success metric: revenue + conversion impact, not experimentation or vanity innovation.

Core Mandate :

  • Build CRO and Paid Media as revenue-generating businesses
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell into Infidigit’s existing SEO client base
  • Establish a commercial GTM motion for performance-led services
  • Ensure strong linkage between traffic → conversion → revenue

Responsibilities :

1. Performance & CRO Business Ownership

  • Own revenue targets, and margins for CRO and Paid Media
  • Define clear service packages, pricing, and positioning for each
  • Prioritize use cases that deliver measurable business outcomes (leads, revenue,
    ROAS, CVR)
  • Decide what not to sell (guardrails on customization and margin dilution)

2. Go-To-Market & Revenue Growth

  • Drive CRO & Paid Media adoption across:
    ○ Existing SEO clients (primary motion)
    ○ Select net-new performance-led accounts
  • Partner closely with Sales to:
    ○ Enable pitching, pricing, and objection handling
    ○ Support high-value deals and enterprise conversations
  • Build a predictable pipeline (not one-off wins)

3. CRO Strategy & Conversion Leadership

  • Define CRO frameworks across:
    ○ UX/UI optimization
    ○ Funnel diagnostics
    ○ Experimentation & testing roadmap
  • Ensure CRO is sold as a retainer-led, outcome-oriented service
  • Align CRO tightly with SEO & Paid Media to improve overall CAC and ROAS

4. Paid Media Scale & Integration

  • Own paid media growth across Google, Meta, YouTube, and performance-led channels
  • Ensure Paid Media works as:
    ○ A growth lever for SEO clients
    ○ A conversion accelerator when paired with CRO
  • Drive accountability on performance metrics, not just spends

5. Team, Process & Operating Rigor

  • Build and lead high-performing CRO and Paid Media specialists
  • Establish SOPs, playbooks, dashboards, and weekly performance reviews
  • Create strong collaboration with:
    ○ SEO delivery
    ○ Sales
    ○ Client leadership
  • Balance speed, quality, and profitability

6. Go-to-Market Enablement & Market Education

  • Own the development of strategic narratives, POVs, and thought-leadership assets
    that shape how the market understands CRO and Paid Media as revenue levers, not
    just execution services.
  • Partner with Marketing to translate these narratives into sales enablement assets
    (decks, case frameworks, POV notes, webinars).
  • Act as a domain voice in enterprise conversations, pitches, and high-stakes deals
  • where CRO & Paid Media credibility influences buying decisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Strong background in performance marketing, CRO, or digital growth
  • Proven experience owning revenue, targets, and margins
  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of:
    ○ Strategy
    ○ Sales
    ○ Delivery
  • Understands how to turn services into scalable offerings
  • Execution-oriented, commercially sharp, and outcome-driven

Preferred Experience :

  • 8–12 years in performance marketing, growth, or digital services
  • Experience in agencies, consulting, or high-growth environments
  • Prior exposure to CRO, Paid Media, or funnel optimization
  • MBA or equivalent is a plus, not mandatory
