Junior Legal Executive :
Support the legal team in contract drafting, and legal advisory tasks, and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.
Responsibilities :
Contract Drafting: Assist in the drafting, review, vetting, and red-lining of various domestic and international contracts, including Services Agreements, Consulting Agreements, Service Level Agreements, Software Subscription Agreements, NDAs, Vendor Contracts, and Agreements relating to Events.
Legal Notices: Contribute to the drafting of legal notices and counter-notices.
Global Vendor Contract Review: Support in lower-risk global vendor contract reviews. Collaboration: Maintain close working relationships with Sales, Marketing, Finance teams, and IT Teams.
Negotiation Skills: Develop negotiating and persuasive skills in both one-on-one and group situations.
Client Relations: Cultivate working relationships with internal and external clients to understand their needs.
Contract Management System: Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s contract management system.
Legal Templates: Contribute to the drafting and updating of legal templates and Policies and Standards.
Data Management: Assist in transferring data from raw formats into database systems, create and manage spreadsheets, and MIS reports, and update weekly. Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Statutory Compliances: Managing return filing and ensuring compliance.
Accounting and MIS: Handling accounting tasks, including data transfer, spreadsheet management, and MIS report updates.
Confidentiality: Assist in maintaining a filing system and ensuring the protection of confidential information.
Required Competencies :
- Very strong communication (written & speaking) skills
- Very well aware of all accounting principles
- Very strong in Excel analytics
- Excellent orator & presenter (normal as well as Power point)
- Ability to identify and resolve problems.
- Ability to organize, manage and prioritize tasks.
- Finalization of agreements (New & Renewal)
- Working knowledge of Financial ERP packages like Tally etc.
Qualifications / Experience :
- L.L. B /LLM /CS-Inter/ B.Com.
- 1- 2 years of experience with an excellent track record at a reputed law firm and in-house legal department of an organization or a CS-Inter would also be preferred.
- Analytical and Drafting Skills: Develop analytical and drafting skills.
- Commercial Acumen: Cultivate commercial acumen, a strong desire to learn, and time sensitivity.
- Team Player: Work effectively as a team player, supporting senior team members.
- Communication Skills: Develop excellent written and spoken communication skills, as this position involves interaction with internal stakeholders at various levels and external stakeholders.
