Link-Building Expert Executive :

The Link-Building Expert Executive is responsible for creating and managing the database for outreach requirements. S/He has the primary responsibility of completing the allocated tasks & activities efficiently to ensure timely completion of the POA.

S/He must have exceptional overall communication skills and negotiation skills to help build long-term associations with clients/bloggers The individual should be a dependable and reliable team player. The individual should be able to plan and strategize the tasks & activities allocated. The individual acts as a link between the blogger, content writer, external content agencies and the client. It is his/her responsibility to ensure that the backlinks provided by the blogger and the content submitted by the writer to match the client’s requirements.

Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive link-building strategies aligned with SEO goals.
  2. Identify and qualify high-authority websites for link opportunities.
  3. Conduct outreach to website owners, bloggers, and influencers to secure backlinks.
  4. Create compelling content for guest posting and other link-building activities.
  5. Copy-edits for Blogger & Content Writer’s article
  6. Manage and track link building campaigns, monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest link-building trends and algorithm updates.
  8. Analyze competitor backlink profiles to identify opportunities.
  9. Collaborate with content and SEO teams to ensure alignment on link-building efforts.
  10. Maintain accurate records of link-building activities and results.
  11. Utilize various SEO tools for link research, analysis, and tracking (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
  12. Writing Quoras/Quora project management
  13. Report regularly on link-building progress and key metrics.
  14. Creating pitch decks/link-building proposals
  15. Communication – Internal & Client
  16. Payment of Bloggers & Content writers

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience in link building, with demonstrable results. (Number of years experience – e.g., 1+ years)
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  5. Ability to conduct effective outreach and build relationships with bloggers.
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  7. Proficiency in using SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
  8. Strong analytical skills and ability to track and measure results.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Experience with various content formats (e.g., blog posts, infographics, videos).
  11. Familiarity with different link-building tactics (e.g., guest posting, broken link building, resource link building).
