Marketing Manager :

We’re hiring for a Marketing Manager – Demand Generation & Revenue Growth who will own end-to-end global marketing, driving brand growth, demand generation, and revenue impact across regions (India, US, GCC, APAC). The role combines strategy and execution, ensuring marketing directly contributes to pipeline quality, conversion, and business growth, with SEO as the core growth engine.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Global Marketing Strategy: Execute marketing plans aligned with business goals, ensuring investments drive brand strength, pipeline, and positioning across regions.
  • SEO-Led Demand Generation: Own inbound growth through SEO, focusing on lead quality, enterprise readiness, and revenue impact.
  • Global Alignment: Ensure consistent messaging and execution across geographies while adapting to regional needs.
  • Practice Growth: Drive demand for CRO, Content Marketing, and Link Building, enabling cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Sales Enablement: Support sales with case studies, narratives, and pitch assets to improve conversions and enterprise deal closure.
  • Pipeline Contribution: Drive and track marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline via SEO, content, partnerships, and experiments.
  • Budget & Performance: Manage budgets, optimize ROI, and track key metrics like cost per lead and conversion rates.
  • Team & Operations: Guide the marketing team, establish processes, and implement systems for tracking and execution efficiency.
  • Paid Marketing: Define and optimize paid strategies to complement organic growth and improve lead quality.
  • Content Strategy: Own end-to-end content aligned with brand positioning and demand generation.
  • Digital Ecosystem: Manage website, social platforms, campaigns, and content channels as integrated growth engines.
