Program Manager – CEO Office :

The Program Manager – CEO Office will serve as a key strategic and operational support to the CEO, managing business priorities, organizational goals, digital marketing initiatives, and inter-departmental coordination across geographies. The role entails working closely with the CEO to drive the company’s strategic vision. This position requires agility, analytical thinking, and strong execution to ensure smooth collaboration between the India and U.S. teams.

Responsibilities :

1. Strategic & Business Support

  • Work closely with the CEO to translate strategic objectives into actionable programs and measurable outcomes.
  • Conduct research, analyze business data, and prepare concise insights to support the CEO’s strategic decision-making.
  • Track performance on key projects, growth metrics, and business initiatives.
  • Prepare business decks, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.

2. Marketing & Growth Enablement

  • Collaborate with marketing, SEO, and paid media teams to consolidate performance insights, campaign results, and growth trends.
  • Support the CEO in reviewing new initiatives in AI-driven marketing, automation, and brand visibility.
  • Prepare regular summaries on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and digital performance metrics.

3. Global Coordination & Communication

  • Act as the primary bridge between the CEO (U.S.) and cross-functional teams in India, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across time zones.
  • Manage updates, action items, and project dependencies between international teams.
  • Schedule and prepare cross-border meetings, ensuring clarity of goals and timely follow-up on deliverables.
  • Handle confidential information and communication on behalf of the CEO with discretion and professionalism.

4. Program Management

  • Drive end-to-end execution of strategic projects and high-impact initiatives.
  • Establish timelines, milestones, and KPIs for strategic projects and assignments; monitor progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate with department heads and stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and maintain accountability.
  • Provide operational assistance for cross-market projects related to new product launches, marketing campaigns, and business expansion.

Qualifications / Experience :

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business operations, marketing, project coordination, or a similar strategic role.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) and business reporting formats.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project collaboration tools (Odoo, etc.).
  • Comfort working across time zones and engaging with global stakeholders on tight timelines.
