SEO Analyst :

As an SEO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing websites and online content to improve their visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs) and drive organic traffic. You will employ various SEO techniques, strategies, and tools to enhance website rankings and ensure a strong online presence for the company.

Responsibilities :

Keyword Research:

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords for the industry.
  • Analyze keyword competitiveness and search trends to make informed content decisions.

On-Page Optimization:

  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for targeted keywords.
  • Ensure website structure and navigation are search engine-friendly.
  • Implement schema markup and structured data where applicable.

Off-Page Optimization:

  • Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate backlink quality, disavow toxic links, and build high-quality, authoritative backlinks.

Content Strategy:

  • Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword research.
  • Optimize existing content for better search engine visibility.

Technical SEO:

  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed improvements.
  • Work with web developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.

SEO Analytics:

  • Monitor website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
  • Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Stay Informed:

  • Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
  • Continuously research and implement best practices in SEO.

Competitive Analysis:

  • Analyse competitor websites to identify strengths and weaknesses in their SEO strategies.
  • Use insights to refine and improve your SEO approach.

Client Communication:

  • The candidate will also be involved in client communication.

Team Handling:

  • The candidate has to have experience of at least handling 2-3 team members.

Qualifications / Experience :

  • Experience in handling ecommerce client would be preferred.
  • Knowledge in Search Engine Optimization – SEO.
  • Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools.
  • CMS environments such as WordPress etc.
  • MS Office – Excel, Word etc.
  • GA4/SEMrush/Ahrefs/screaming frog
  • Basic knowledge of the fundamentals of the search engine industry.
  • Knowledge of HTML and website administrations.
  • Ability to identify problems.
