Sr. Executive – Accounts and Finance :

As a Senior Accounts and Finance Executive, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing day-to-day accounting and financial operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. You will handle bookkeeping, ledger management, reconciliations, expense management, statutory compliance, and support in preparing financial statements

Responsibilities :

  1. Manage day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring timely closure of books on a periodic basis as per set TAT and timeline.
  2. Conduct periodic bank reconciliations, provisions/accruals, ledger scrutiny, and process vendor & employee payments, including GST Invoicing.
  3. Ensure statutory compliance by making timely payments of TDS, Professional tax, PF, etc., and filing periodic returns (GST & TDS).
  4. Handle Tax audits & Tax assessments efficiently.
  5. Assist in preparing monthly financial results for Management review and for Audit purposes.
  6. Ensure adherence to financial & accounting policies and operating procedures.
  7. Timely closure of all audits (Statutory, Internal, and Tax audits).
  8. Perform timely booking & payments to vendors and reconcile TDS with 26AS statements.
  9. Customer follow-up for invoice payment.
  10. Oversee administrative duties such as office supplies management, coordination of office maintenance, and handling administrative tasks as required.
  11. Provide support in establishing and enforcing proper accounting policies and methods.
  12. Assist with coordinating and executing audits, including providing necessary documentation and information.
  13. Maintain financial files and records in an organized and accessible manner.
  14. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, practices, standards, regulations, and laws.
  15. Maintain positive interpersonal relationships with team members and stakeholders, demonstrating productivity, initiative, flexibility, cooperation, and commitment to the success of the F&A team.
  16. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, M.Com, or CA (Inter).
  2. 3 – 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance Accounts Department.
  3. Very strong communication (written & speaking) skills
  4. Computer literate with working knowledge of TALLY ERP.
  5. Expert knowledge in MS Excel.
  6. Understanding of systems and efficient processes.
  7. Positive attitude, execution ability, and ability to withstand pressure.
  8. High energy levels and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
