Sr. HR Manager – People & Culture :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Professional to lead Infidigit’s People & Culture function, driving strategies to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, passionate about building strong culture, scalable processes, and leadership capability in a fast-growing digital organization.
Responsibilities :
People Strategy & Culture
- Define and execute Infidigit’s HR strategy aligned with business goals and organizational growth plans.
- Strengthen the company culture with a focus on transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Champion initiatives that build an inclusive and high-performance work environment.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Oversee full-cycle hiring; ensure high-quality, timely recruitment for business-critical roles.
- Enhance Infidigit’s employer brand across digital channels and industry communities.
- Proactively build robust pipelines for niche digital and technical talent (SEO, paid media, analytics, content, etc.).
Performance Management & Capability Development:
- Drive structured performance management systems with clear KPIs, OKRs, and continuous feedback loops.
- Create career pathing and competency frameworks across business units.
- Design and implement structured L&D programs to upskill teams and develop future leaders.
Employee Engagement & Experience
- Lead initiatives to drive engagement, motivation, and retention across teams.
- Build mechanisms for continuous employee feedback and implement action plans. Drive employee engagement surveys and implement action-oriented plans.Create a consistent and memorable employee lifecycle experience (onboarding to exit).
Organizational Development
- Partner with leadership to design scalable structures as the company grows.
- Improve cross-functional collaboration, communication, and leadership effectiveness.
- Facilitate change management for new processes, business units, or digital tools.
HR Operations, Compliance & Policies
- Oversee payroll, attendance, HRMS, and all core HR operations.
- Ensure HR processes are compliant with labor laws and industry standards.
- Regularly update and streamline HR policies to support a dynamic work environment.
Key Skills/Competencies :
- Strong understanding of HR strategy, organizational design, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling digital organization.
- Deep experience in recruiting and developing digital/marketing/tech talent.
- High EQ with a people-centric yet business-first mindset.
Qualifications & Experience :
- 4–6 years of core HR experience with exposure to leadership.
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in mid to large-sized organizations with well-established HR processes.
- Experience managing a team of 4–6 HR professionals.
