Outsourcing Specialist / Vendor Manager :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outsourcing Specialist to establish and manage our outsourcing processes, primarily for Digital, Content, SEO and technical services. This is a critical role that will involve identifying, evaluating, and onboarding vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in outsourcing management.

Responsibilities :

  1. Vendor Identification and Selection: Research, identify, and evaluate potential vendors for Digital and technical services (e.g., content creation, web development, link building).
  2. Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations with vendors, develop service level agreements (SLAs), and manage contracts to ensure optimal terms and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Onboarding and Relationship Management: Onboard new vendors, establish clear communication channels, and build strong relationships to ensure smooth project execution.
  4. Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, conduct regular reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  5. Process Development and Optimization: Develop and implement standardized outsourcing processes, workflows, and documentation to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  6. Cost Optimization: Continuously analyze vendor costs and identify opportunities for optimization and savings.
  7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with outsourcing, such as data security, quality control, and vendor dependency.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, technology) to understand their outsourcing needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications :

  1. Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in outsourcing management, preferably in the technology or digital marketing industry.
  2. Technical Acumen: Understanding of basic technical concepts and ability to communicate effectively with technical vendors.
  3. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure favorable terms with vendors.
  4. Commercial Acumen: Ability to analyze costs, assess value, and make sound business decisions.
  5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  
  6. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
  7. Process Orientation: Strong organizational and process management skills, with the ability to develop and implement efficient workflows.
  8. Hustler Mentality: Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
