The Objective

With a desire to rank high on Google SERPs, the following objectives were formulated:

  • To increase the ranking of brand & non-brand keywords
  • To increase the overall impressions & clicks
  • To increase the organic sessions
  • To improve the mobile version accessibility for the bots

The Challenge

After getting the website issues resolved and implementing new changes on the website, the organic traffic was gradually accelerating. After performing further audits, we discovered accessibility issues for the mobile version. 

Due to the filter menu automatically getting popped up first for the mobile version, the bot was unable to crawl the content present on the website. Moreover, it negatively impacted the user experience, thereby increasing the bounce rate of the website.

To resolve the issue, the team made changes to the mobile version, ensuring that the filter menu did not automatically pop up first. This allowed the bot to crawl the content on the website and improve user experience, leading to a decrease in the bounce rate.

As a result of these changes, the website experienced a boost in overall organic traffic, indicating that resolving the mobile accessibility issues was a crucial step in improving the website’s performance.
