Myntra is a popular Indian fashion brand that has made a name for itself in the e-commerce space. The brand is known for offering a wide range of clothing, footwear, and accessories for men, women, and children. Myntra is also known for its association with Walmart, which acquired a majority stake in the brand in 2018. The brand has also launched several successful private labels and collaborated with over 3,000 brands, making it one of the largest e-commerce platforms in India.
Myntra set the goal of achieving a significant organic presence, and thus planned to achieve the following objectives:

- Increase organic visits by 100%
- Attain the top ranking for over 10,000 keywords.
During the Covid pandemic, Infidigit observed a massive dip in search trend and volume on Myntra. To tackle this challenge Myntra and Infidigit came up with an idea to create new pages as price-related pages and new brands. Both the Myntra and Infidigit teams worked on the new set of keywords by identifying new keywords and subcategories, which helped increase the brand revenue. The teams also came up with ideas such as EORS, BFF sales & Diwali sales, which helped to increase the searches during this period.
SEO needs focus and the millions of pages on a website can create challenges. Hence, we decided to focus on each category like a Microsite. A full-fledged plan was created for each of the category and recommendations were shared. This helped us to optimize ~3 Million pages on the platform and increase Myntra’s ROI via organic channels.

250+ technical audit points were checked using various tools and 100s of technical points were recommended. With technical support, we were able to make the website more SEO-friendly. This also resulted in an increase in organic traffic.
In this process, we identified internal linking opportunities on the website. This strategy helped us to improve internal linking and maximize crawling for bots. This well-planned strategy also helped the Myntra team to improve their rankings.
