1. Select the video chat option in Instagram direct, and you will find an alternative choice to make a messenger room.
2. Click on ‘Create a room’ and invite users to join via direct messaging.
3. The invited users can join the call by clicking on the link provided in the direct message and can also share the link inviting others to join in.
