Bing recently added a robots.txt tester into the beta version of the new Bing Webmaster tools. This is similar to the Google version, which shows you the difference between the URL form of HTTP and HTTPS.
Glenn Gabe, an SEO Consultant, was the first to see this and tweeted about it.

On this feature, the support document says “BWT Robots.txt Tester helps Webmasters to analyze their robots.txt file and highlight the issues that would prevent them from getting optimally crawled by Bing and other robots.”
