Google Search Central recently completed a year since they rebranded their name from Google Webmasters and launched their new site. This year Google Search Central worked with their internal SEO team to improve their content, create new documentation, migrate 13 local language blogs, and develop a new checklist for their home page.
They also released a new widget on their homepage that recommends articles based on the role that users select. This is a much more interactive way of exploring how a website owner can improve their presence on Search.
This new layout was a result of an analysis they conducted on the users visiting their site. With this interactive learning path, they hope that new users can now explore content on Google Search Central in a more streamlined and structured way.
