Favicons and site names are coming to desktop! You can learn more about how to provide site names and define favicons in search results here:https://t.co/AGkfEeIbIs https://t.co/E7PxSacIIx https://t.co/WBHGf12Xkw

Here’s what the documentation says, in brief:
Google said that it automatically determines site names based on several sources from a site’s homepage and that it cannot manually change site names for individual sites. Yet, there’s a way for you to control the site name: by using structured data on your homepage and clearly stating what site name your site should have.
As per the documentation on favicons, Google recommends that the icon must be a multiple of 48px square, the favicon URL should be stable (not dynamic), and should ensure that it visually represents your website’s brand to aid users in immediately recognizing it as they scroll through search results.
For Sponsored Ad
The ad label is now replaced by the ‘Sponsored’ label in desktop search results. Earlier, the sponsored label was introduced for mobile search results in October 2022.
