Google has been testing many changes on the SERP interface. A few weeks ago, users noticed that Google search results snippets were indexed with a shadow effect. So the results were shown in boxes and a bit raised on the web page.

The latest testing that Google has done is on the sitelinks that show up on the SERP. The borders of the sitelinks are outlined in the results. Below is an image and some tweets of how this looks.
